Vendor Information
- All vendors must be approved by a committee of the
Hazlehurst Chamber of Commerce.
- Fees: 12 X 12 space - $50.00, $5.00 extra for electricity.
Food vendors - $150.00 each. Fee must be sent with application. Vendor responsible for canopy, chairs, tables, extension cords, etc.
- Set-Up/Departure: Displays must be set up by 9:30 a.m.
and remain until 5:00 p.m. (Vendors may stay until festival is over). Parking space will be available close by.
- Responsibility: Vendors are required to turn in a sales
tax report to a designated Chamber of Commerce member before leaving the event.
